Compex Rated Pet Partner Therapy Dogs (3), Animal Assisted Therapy, PAC at UCLA, Read With Me., Pet Partners Animal-Assisted Crisis Response Team
I have worked as a volunteer for over 22 years with six, now three, “Pet Partner” Therapy dogs (and in memory of my first 3 Pet Partners: Zeesee, Raizel, and Ketzel), on UCLA PAC (People Animal Connection) TEAM in critical care, oncology, pediatrics and geriatrics at the Santa Monica UCLA Orthopedic Hospital and Medical Center with on-call visits and in the NODA Program (No One Dies Alone) and at the Ronald Reagan Medical Center, UCLA Events, Community-Wide Events ( Eg: Santa Monica Wellness Fair), locked psychiatric unit visits at Wadsworth VA Hospital in WLA, OPICA a senior drop off daycare facility for Alzheimer and Dementia clients, Exceptional Children’s Foundation for Developmentally Challenged Adults and in the National, Program called Read With Me in schools and libraries around Greater Los Angeles.
