Cooking Therapy

Cooking Therapy is used as a tool for introspection and self-analysis through the creative modality of cooking in a supportive group or,  if desired, an individual atmosphere.

Journaling of thoughts and feelings about food, relationship to food from early childhood, a family of origin, and family of procreation are woven into the fabric of the group work.

Group dynamics will be used as tools for knowledge and will be in the safety of my therapeutic guidance. A creative cookbook will be produced and all food will be prepared in session and a cooperative meal will be eaten each time we meet. Sessions run from 6-9:30 pm in the evenings (to be arranged). In the Griffgarden Kitchen in Venice.
